American Skeet
American Skeet is a popular clay target shooting discipline where shooters aim to break clay targets launched from two machines—one from high and one from low positions—across a semi-circular shooting layout.
Down-the-Line Trap
A beginner-friendly clay shooting discipline where targets are launched away from the shooter in a predictable pattern.
Olympic Trap (ISSF)
An intensely challenging international discipline featuring 15 randomly selected target paths launched at high speeds from underground bunkers.
Universal Trench
Universal Trench is a popular choice among shooters who enjoy variety and challenge, and it serves as a great training ground for those looking to progress into higher-level trap disciplines.

Queensland has a proud history of success in clay target shooting at national and international levels. Through our state team selection processes, we identify and support Queensland's top shooters to represent our state at National Championships and other prestigious events.
About us
Located just minutes from town in Queensland’s iconic sugarcane country, Bundaberg Clay Target Club is a proud ACTA-affiliated club with a long-standing tradition of clay target shooting in the Wide Bay–Burnett region.
With a focus on Down the Line (DTL) and Skeet, the club runs regular competition shoots throughout the year, attracting shooters from across the region who come for the friendly atmosphere, reliable targets, and strong local spirit.
Backed by a passionate team of volunteers and a supportive membership base, Bundaberg Clay Target Club prides itself on being welcoming, well-organised, and community-driven. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a long-time member, you’ll find great shooting and even better company.
ACTA membership is required to compete, but visitors are always welcome to come and enjoy a day at the range.
